Q: What time is check-in/check out?
A: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is 11 AM.

Q: Is early check-in available?
A: Early check-in prior to 3 p.m. and is available on a day-by-day basis for an additional charge of $25.

Q: Is late check out available?
A: Late check out at 3 p.m. is available for a fee. Please call 1.800.879.1379 for availability and rates.

Q: Is there a charge for early departure?
A: Yes, You have the option to change your check out date at the time of check-in or before without being charged an early check out fee. However, in the event you decide to check out prior to your confirmed departure date that you gave at the time of check-in, you will be charged an early check-out fee in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for all of the days remaining on your reservation.

Q: How old do I have to be to check-in to the hotel?
A: As Excalibur is a gaming establishment, you must be minimum 21 years of age to check-in to a guest room.

A: All standard quest rooms come equipped with the following:

A: Our Internet site will allow you to make multiple reservations under the same name but room reservations will contact you via e-mail for names of the guests occupying the rooms.

A: If you booked directly through Excalibur, please call 1.800.879.1379. If you booked through a travel agency, please contact them directly.

Q: How do I obtain a confirmation for my room reservation?
A: If your room reservation was booked online, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If you booked your reservation over the phone, please call 1.800.879.1379 and a confirmation can be emailed to you.

Q: How do I make changes to my room reservation?
A: If booked directly with Excalibur, please call 1.800.879.1379 for information about changes, requests, restrictions and cancellations.

Q: What is your cancellation policy for individual hotel reservations?
A: Excalibur requires a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for a a full refund.

Q: How much does it cost to park our vehicle?
A: Excalibur offers free Valet and self-parking.

A: Excalibur has two chapels.

Q: Do you have a spa or fitness facility?
A: The Spa & Fitness Center. Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the facilities.

  • Non-Hotel Guest Admission to the Spa: $25.00/day

Q: Do you have a business center?
A: Yes, an automated business center is available 24/7 and located next to Starbuck's in the casino level Rotunda area. Services include:

Q: How old do I have to be to gamble?
A: Gaming law requires guests to be a minimum of 21 years if age to gamble and identification is required.

Q: How do I obtain house rules on Poker?

Q: How do I become a member of your slot club?

Q: How do I establish Casino credit?
A: A credit account, which is for casino markers and check cashing purposes only, can be applied for online. The information you submit online will be processed, but credit cannot be issued until you present your photo ID at the Main Casino Cage for verification. Must be 21 to apply

Q: Do you have childcare?
A: Excalibur does not offer childcare. There are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, with the exception of assistance animals. Please be advised during the summer months the temperatures are very high and heat buildup in cars will kill animals. ** You can call Animal Inn Pet Kennel at (702) 736-0036 for your pets' boarding needs. Please note that Excalibur does not endorse nor is affiliated with this company and is providing this information merely as a courtesy to our guests. **

Q: Do you rent wheelchairs or auto-chairs?
A: Yes, however availability is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you do require mobility assistance please contact the Bell Desk for more information upon arrival.

Q: Can I send and receive faxes at the hotel?
A: Yes, our Front Desk fax number is (702)597-7009.

Excalibur guests can receive faxes at no charge. There is a fee to send faxes. This price is subject to change at any time.

Q: Is transportation available to/from the airport?
A: Yes, shuttle services to most hotels are available for purchase outside of the airport baggage claim area. Shuttle service from Excalibur to the airport is available for purchase, and without a reservation, from 7 AM - 4 PM daily in the Rear Rotunda area. After 4 PM, reservations are required, and a direct phone line to shuttle services is located at the hotel bell desk for your convenience. Taxi cabs and limousines are also available at the airport, and Excalibur's Valet area.

Q: Is there a rental car agency in the hotel?
A: Avis is located in the tour lobby near the Rotunda and rear entrance. Their hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily (closed noon - 1 pm for lunch) and can be contacted through their website.

Q: What is the temperature in Las Vegas?
A: Please note all temperatures given in Fahrenheit.

  • Winter: December, January and February average daily temperature is 45 degrees.
  • Spring: March, April, and May average daily temperature is 70 degrees.
  • Summer: June, July and August average daily temperature is 100 degrees.
  • Fall: September, October and November - average daily temperature 80 degrees.

Q: How can I make tour and travel arrangements?
A: Our Concierge can assist you with tours to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Hoover Dam and their surrounding areas.

Q: Do you have a golf course?
A: Excalibur does not have a course at the hotel, but we partner with several great courses located near the Strip. Click here for more info.

Q: Does Excalibur sell Gift Cards?
A: Yes, Excalibur gift cards are available for purchase at our wedding chapel and our spa. To purchase by phone, dial 1-800-811-4320 or 702-597-7278. Gift cards cannot be used for gaming.

Q: Do you cash foreign currency? Where do we cash in the currency? And what is the rate?
A: We cash in foreign currency at the casino cage, at no charge, and the rate changes daily so we can not guarantee the rate for any given day.

Q: Do you cash traveler's checks, and is there a charge for doing so?
A: We cash traveler's check at the casino cage and there in no charge for this service.
