Excalibur Hotel & Casino rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted throughout the Casino Floor, stand-alone bars and other designated areas.
Yes, for a nominal fee, guests can store luggage at the Bell Desk after they check out. The rates are as follows: 1-5 pieces cost $15 per day, 6-10 pieces cost $30 per day, 11-15 pieces cost $45 per day. Claim checks and Long Term Storage slips can be filled out at the Bell Desk.
CASINO/GAMINGHow old do I have to be to gamble?

Please be advised during the summer months the temperatures are very high and heat buildup in cars will kill animals. ** You can call Animal Inn Pet Kennel at 702.736.0036 for your pets' boarding needs. Yes, however availability is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you do require mobility assistance please contact the Bell Desk for more information upon arrival.
Yes, our Front Desk fax number is 702.597.7009. Excalibur guests can receive faxes at no charge. There is a fee to send faxes. This price is subject to change at any time. TO SEND: $1.99 to send per page in either U.S. or internationally.
Yes, shuttle services to most hotels are available for purchase outside of the airport baggage claim area. Shuttle service from Excalibur to the airport is available for purchase daily in the Rear Rotunda area. After 4 PM, reservations are required, and a direct phone line to shuttle services is located at the hotel bell desk for your convenience. Also arrangements can be made at Concierge. Taxi cabs and limousines are also available at the airport, and Excalibur's Valet area.
Avis is located in the tour lobby near the Rotunda and rear entrance. Their hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5 PM daily (closed noon - 1 PM for lunch) and can be contacted through their website.
Please note all temperatures given in Fahrenheit. Winter: December, January and February average daily temperature is 45 degrees. Spring: March, April, and May average daily temperature is 70 degrees. Summer: June, July and August average daily temperature is 100 degrees. Fall: September, October and November - average daily temperature 80 degrees.

We cash in foreign currency at the casino cage, at no charge, and the rate changes daily so we can not guarantee the rate for any given day.
We cash traveler's check at the casino cage and there is no charge for this service.
